Mike Towers was changed to Myke Towers in 2017 as a tribute for the Young Kingz movement, which he belongs to. With this change in name, he replaced the letter i with the letter y. Myke is a rapper from the underground in Puerto Rico who began his career in his early teens. On his SoundCloud profile, he published his first original songs. In 2014, he became famous with songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. The urban music scene was attracted by the La Nueva Droga Freestyle, as well as his version of Drake's"0 to 100%".
