Rauw Alejandro
Raul Alejandro Ruiz Ocasio-Ruiz born on 10 January 1993, is a Puerto Rican singer/songwriter. He is referred to as the "King of Contemporary Reggaeton",[2][3he is part of "the younger generation" of Puerto Rican urban musicians. His debut album, Afrodisiaco (studio album), was released in the month of November in 2020. The second album of his studio Vice Versa was released in June 2021, included the lead track "Todo de Ti". Two Latin Grammy Awards have been taken home by him from 12 nominations. Raul Alejandro Ocasio was born on January 10, 1993, in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was raised in Canovanas and Carolina. Alejandro's father and guitarist Raul Ocasio Ruiz, and his mother Maria Nelly Ruiz (backing vocalist) gave him a wide range of his musical heroes which included Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley as well as Chris Brown. Alejandro and his father lived for a long time in the United States. They mainly resided in New York City and Miami. Alejandro and Anuel, who is a co-worker of the Puerto Rican rapper, were childhood pals. They both attended the same school and took part in classes. 9/10/10 Alejandro was a part of school talent shows in his early years due to his love of dancing. After graduating from high school, Alejandro was enrolled in the University of Puerto Rico. He was a soccer player between six and twenty. But , he resigned because he was unable to be as effective as he had hoped. He later moved to Orlando in hopes of being scouted by the Premier Development League (PDL). Rauw Alejandro's musical style is Latin R&B and reggaeton. Also, he enjoys dance music and rhythmic pop. Billboard declared that this style makes him stand out from a increasing number of reggaetoneros who lean towards pop. Presley as well as Jackson were influential in the beginning. He was later influenced by Ricky Martin and Daddy Yankee. [24He also cites Ciara for being his musical inspiration.
